  • Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Monitor requests, updates and questions from authors via the Project Management System (Basecamp)

    • Respond to initial posts that can be immediately dealt with and compile a list of follow up notes and questions for discussion

    • Take notes on which tasks to prioritize, job requests for approval, and the feedback to provide to authors.

    • Occasionally help out in building website and sales funnels, video editing, and graphic design depending on the job request from the author

    • Upload a blog to an author website or client website

    • Design flyers, drafting email sequence for the client or other editors to do the final edits.

    • Setup email automation sequence (flow) in the CRM (Go High Level), building a course /membership site in the CRM platform.

    • Setting up a new client account in the Go High-Level platform from scratch.

    • Transfer an existing client from various other platforms and setting them up in the Go High-Level system (e.g. migrating their funnels from Clickfunnels, or migrating their email sequences, database from another CRM, or uploading their course content from Kajabi or another platform to Go High Level.)

    • Setting up a survey in the Go High-Level platform or creating forms, integrating domains, a stripe, etc

    • Coordinate with authors and set appointments in the calendar for weekly or bi-monthly calls

    • Chase up queries about challenges with books on Amazon or through the distributor (Ingram Spark)

    • Coordinate with Book Designer to request jobs, quotes and share completed drafts/finished art to authors on Basecamp.

    • Update the company’s social media account or create a campaign to market an event

    Must Haves

    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience

    • Expert knowledge of the CRM Platform Go High Level

    • A good understanding of other platforms like Clickfunnels, Kajabi, Active Campaign as authors have been using those platforms in the past and are being migrated across to GHL). GHL is very similar to clickfunnels and Kajabi but is a one-stop CRM with amazing capabilities).

    • Excellent verbal and written English and personable communication skills.

    • The ability to be organised and prioritise tasks. Understand the structure and purpose of a digital marketing funnel and a good understanding of social media platforms (especially Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube and Instagram.)

    • Understand how a comprehensive CRM platform like GHL works and how to get the best from the platform for our clients.

    • Email automation and advising clients on setting up the required hosting requirements / SSL certificates etc.

    Nice to Haves

    • Experience in the publishing or self-publishing industry would be advantageous. e.g. registering an ISBN or uploading a book to the distributor Ingram Spark.

    • Graphic design skills
