  • POSITION SUMMARY:

    Primary responsible for the company's strategic online presence through e-commerce, social media, website and other relevant digital platforms. He/ she shall work closely with the Brand Marketing team to support the digital objectives of the various brands.

    The role will also be responsible for managing the e-commerce operations to ensure maximum financial return, and grow the company's online business locally and globally.

    The candidate is expected to work independently and collaboratively to drive digital objectives.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    -Bachelor/ Master degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or Technology

    -Proven working experience in digital marketing with at least 5 years specializing in e-commerce, paid social media and other digital marketing platforms.

    -Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with superior knowledge in digital analytics tools. He/She can analyze data and understand impact and other implications to business directions.

    - A strong grasp of modern technology and social media channels. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -Drive the overall digital performance of the company and the various brands:

    CORPORATE WEBSITE

    -Day-to-day management of the corporate website and periodically facilitate maintenance check, creative update and analytics review in view of maximizing digital presence

    - Utilize process tools to evaluate end-to-end customer and consumer experience across multiple channels and touch points.

    E-COMMERCE PLATFORM

    -Manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of different e-commerce platforms

    -Coordinate with the brand marketing team to maximize product listing in all the e-commerce sites, and ensure product information in all e-commerce platforms are complete, accurate and reflect the brand directions.

    -Analyze the performance of products and categories on a regular basis and formulates recommendations to stakeholders in order to boost its performance on the site.

    -Liaise with vendors in executing various promotions and monitors its results.

    BRAND DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS

    -Provide subject matter expertise to support the Brand Marketing team for their respective digital brand campaigns in Social Media, Search, Influencers and Content Management.

    DIGITAL MONTHLY REPORT AND ANALYTICS

    -Extraction and analysis of data from digital assets and tools in order to create insights that will guide strategy and campaign development

    DIGITAL INNOVATION

    -Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
