As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for handling the following:
1. Provides leadership in the launching, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the following digital marketing functions:
a. Social Media Management
b. Website Development and Design
c. Digital Public Relations
d. Digital Directories
e. Bloggers/Influencers Management
2. Contributes in the overall preparation, planning, evaluation and presentation of marketing budget, costs and expenses to the Executive Management.
3. Assists the Marketing Director/Deputy Marketing Director in making decision to resolve high level / high impact marketing issues and concerns specifically digital in nature.
4. Evaluates and analyzes statistical data and reports to identify causes of marketing related problems and develops sound recommendations for improvement of policies and processes.
5. Contributes in the conceptualization, formulation, revision and launching of the overall brand and image of Ayala Malls and ensure that it will remain relevant, effective and competitive in the market.
6. Assists the Marketing Director/Deputy Marketing Director in overseeing the collaboration and coordination with agencies and with ALMI Labs Department to come up with creative and revenue generating campaigns for Ayala Malls.
7. Assists the Marketing Director/Deputy Marketing Director in overseeing the smooth and seamless execution of marketing initiatives of malls and large-scale themed events and advertising in digital media.
8. Coordinates with the digital creative agencies in the preparation of Ayala Malls social media calendar.
9. Contributes in the identification of additional advertising initiatives and campaigns that contribute to the growth revenue of Ayala Malls through digital media.
10. Ensures the fluidity and agility of Ayala Malls social media accounts.
11. Monitors coordinates Ayala Malls website design and development including content creation, images, articles, write ups, directories, SEO and paid ads.
12. Coordinates and monitors with Public Relations agencies for ads, promos, launching, events and others.
13. Monitors and controls bloggers and influencers by providing standardize PR kits and briefs.
14. Monitors and evaluates the Ayala Malls wifi connectivity and functionality.
15. Updates and monitors the digital directories of Ayala Malls in collaboration with the Labs Department.
16. Performs coaching, mentoring and development of subordinates.
17. Oversees and ensures that all new hires of his/her department undergo on-boarding programs and orientations.
18. Provides and supports career development planning and opportunities of his/her subordinates.
19. Conducts meaningful and timely performance management and development process for his/her subordinates that will encourage employee contribution and collaboration including goal setting, feedback and performance development planning.
20. Provides effective and timely performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards and disciplinary action with the guidance of Human Resources when necessary.
21. Prepares and submits the following reports on a regular basis:
a. Consolidation of Reports - performance of digital ads, monthly social media analytics, engagement and impressions
b. Digital Reports
c. Budget Monitoring Report
22. Performs other management-mandated functions.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in BS Marketing, BS Business Administration, Digital Marketing or any equivalent course
· Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing or Creative Agencies, Shopping Mall Management or Property Management
· With effective collaboration skills and strategy development with peers and senior leaders
· Ability to cope, manage and handle multiple and simultaneous (volume) marketing projects and campaigns
· Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing solutions to commercial advantage of the Company
· Strong communication, organization, critical thinking abilities, presentation skills and project management skills
· Exceptional proficiency in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Visio as well as other specialized software like SAP, CADD and others
· Strong business acumen and ability to drive results via sales/marketing campaigns
· Strong social media marketing experience
