  • Job Description:

    Key Duties:

    1. Content marketing

    a. Develop written content for our blog

    b. Coordinate reputable market-fit guests to contribute content for our blog

    c. Coordinate opportunities for our contribution/appearance to reputable market-fit blogs and podcasts

    d. Edit regularly captured video content for use on our website, blog, LMS, and social media platforms

    2. Social media marketing

    a. Post written, visual and video content as part of a planned content calendar, across multiple platforms

    b. Monitor and interact with our audience to drive engagement

    c. Assist with the launch and management of Facebook groups

    d. Initiate and optimise direct messaging to enhance enrolments and sales call bookings

    3. Relationship management

    a. Manage reviews, surveys and customer feedback

    b. Drive customer delight through personalised communications and innovative engagements

    c. Manage contact data in our CRM

    d. Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders

    4. Audience engagement/Opportunity identification

    a. Assist in the development and execution of a customer referral program

    b. Research new opportunities/mediums for engaging our target audience

    c. Manage client and prospect communications and book sales calls for the Managing Director

    d. Attend online coaching calls and events to assist with engagement and Q&A facilitation

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Ensure timely responses to communications, across all mediums

    2. Drive audience engagement through effective management of social media and content marketing campaigns

    3. Implement campaign activities accurately, efficiently and in a largely autonomous manner

    4. Maximize social proof, via the regular collection of client reviews and content inclusion on industry podcasts/blogs

    5. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in all locations, namely our CRM, website and communication channels

    6. Ensure all communications and marketing activities are consistent with brand values and standards

    7. Stay abreast of relevant digital and inbound marketing best practices

    Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

    A. Strong experience in social media marketing and online marketing campaign management

    B. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

    C. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

    D. An ability to produce work to the highest standards while balancing commercial sensibilities

    E. A desire to be at the cutting edge of online marketing

    F. A reliable resource who understands the need to be flexible and hands-on as part of a small team

    G. A firm grasp on social media and digital marketing best practices

    H. Proficiency with integrated marketing and customer relationship management software

    I. Evidence of relevant training and education in marketing and communications
