  • Description


    -You have at least 2 years of experience with Google Ads and Social Media.

    -Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or campaigns

    -Proven track record increasing online sales & leads

    -Strong attention to detail is required

    -Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

    -In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics)

    -You have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English to fulfill market requirements.

    -Knowledge in tools such as GTMetrix, SEM Rush, and related


    -Working with a handful of clients in different industries to understand their business goals and develop innovative strategies to drive relevant traffic and leads

    -Working alongside UI / UX designers to create and optimize landing pages for higher conversions

    -Perform the on-time launch and QA of optimized, brand-compliant, and personalized digital content

    -Plan, create and manage ad campaigns across a variety of channels

    -Brand positioning on social media and managing reputation

    -Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies

    -Developing social media content that is consistent with the company’s brand identity

    -Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results

    -Setting up conversion tracking (leads/calls/sales)

    -Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

    -Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators

    -Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

    -Assist with regularly scheduled website testing

    -Other administrative work

    Highly desirable skills

    -PPC campaign on Google, Facebook, and related social media

    -Knows how to QA / test websites on different browsers

    -WordPress - basic to intermediate level
