  • This position will be responsible in supporting the company on its goal to reach its target market through planning, development and execution of Digital Marketing campaigns through Social Media platforms and Content Marketing.

    The role is expected to handle and manage social media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN and Twitter. It will also support the Digital Marketing team in creation, curation and content delivery of blogs, posts, website content, email marketing and other outlets in order to create brand awareness, boost traffic and generate inquiries.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Content Marketing Tasks:

    - Write, direct production of content, and collect content for portals, websites, and internal use.

    - Track metrics and indicators for data-driven decision-making and course alterations.

    - Manage content marketing strategy and plans, including coordinating with other teams.

    - Design and present content in appealing, intuitive ways for a variety of audiences.

    Social Media Marketing Tasks:

    - Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules

    - Promote content through social media advertising

    - Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages

    - Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

    - Grows and expands company presence to various digital and social media platforms plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

    - Researches and monitors activity of company competitors

    - Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of posts, web page and blog content, or social media messages

    - Monitors sales inquiries on social media platforms and coordinate with the sales team

    REQUIREMENTS

    - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field

    - Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

    - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

    - Good background in Social Media platforms particularly FB, LinkedIN and Instagram

    - Analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with external and internal clients

    - Prior experience in editorial and content strategies of multi-channel content

    - Basic knowledge in photoshop, illustrator, Canva and other design tools.

    ADVANTAGES:

    - Have worked with reputable Digital Marketing or BPO companies under the same capacity

    - Experience working with Australian and Philippine based companies

    - Knowledge in SEO/SEM/Google Ads is an advantage but not required
