【 Job Description 】

As UI/UX Design Lead you will report to the General Manager of 24 and will be responsible

for the ideation and creation of wireframes, prototypes, and final design concepts of our

digital, web and project work. The role gives the opportunity to design brand assets and

interfaces across a wide array of digital mediums and offers the successful applicant the

freedom to help define the design identity of the agency. It’s an exciting opportunity to get in

on the upwards trajectory of 24 and requires a driven and ambitious designer looking to fast

track their career.

【 Requirements 】

(2) Age: 27 - 50

• 3+ years of digital design experience (agency experience preferred)

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.

• Knowledge of best practice UX / UI techniques

• Strong abilities in defining user journeys and using design to improve conversions and

accomplish client goals.

• Knowledge of up-to-date web design standards (breakpoints, Bootstrap grid,

information architecture etc.)

• Experience in interpreting and correctly applying client brand guidelines

• Experience in producing interactive prototypes (preferred)

• High level of attention to detail and project execution

• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to present work and justify your

thinking.

• Manage the deigning of wireframes including interactive wireframes

• Wireframe prototyping on relevant projects (where relevant)

• Articulating design decisions and logic behind the decisions made to internal and

external stakeholders

• Making design decisions which support the development process

• Quality check of designs throughout project development - including outsourced

projects.

• Strong attention to detail for providing feedback on designs with a critical eye

• Effective time management to deliver projects efficiently and on budget

• Preferable to be tertiary qualified in communication or interaction design, customer

research, service design or equivalent.
