    Key role is to ensure seamless adoption and value tracking on the various digital solutions deployed in line with the needs of the organization. Primary responsibility will be to create and implement strategies and plans that maximize employee acceptance, understanding and usage as well as minimize roadblocks which could hinder the successful adoption of the tools/solution within the required boundaries.

    The Digitalization Change Lead will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structure.


    1. Drive system adoption to improve utilization and proficiency in the effective use of the digital tools

    2. Apply a structured methodology and lead adoption activities to support user’s in comprehending and application of the solution

    3. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders that will impact existing people, process and technology

    4. Manage stakeholders at all different levels, including senior leaders

    5. Identify and manage anticipated roadblocks pertaining to the rollout and postimplementation of digital systems

    6. Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of knowledge transfer

    7. Consult and coach users, managers and supervisors

    8. Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities in properly setting up the corresponding system access rights

    9. Evaluate and ensure user readiness

    10. Define and measure success metrics and monitor realization of benefit from both qualitative and quantitative perspective


    • At least 1 year experience in digital systems rollout and transformation projects and previous O&M work assignments.

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Management Information Systems related discipline.

    • Considerable experience in implementing projects with scalable impact.

    • Solid change management background

    • Excellent in managing multiple projects with aggressive timeline

    • Familiar with basic IT and OT terminologies, concepts, and methodologies
