    -Receiving Accounts Payable voucher
    -Checking signature on request form
    -Encoding description of checks on Payment Advice
    -Printing of checks and Debit forms
    -Making transmittal for Flag State
    -Checking checks with assigned Supervisor
    -Monitoring check register
    -Releasing of checks
    -Monitoring of incoming and outgoing checks
    -Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
    -Willing to be trained
