  • *Manage and direct his sales team to achieve business targets.

    *Prepare yearly sales forecast from last year actual sales, new products to pipeline, allowance for price increase and potential growth area/trade channel.

    *provides sales directions and strategies to meet sales forecast.

    *Assessment of market (placement, product share, competitors, activities) and plan of action.

    *Conduct/ recommend sales training, appraisals, promotions, compensation, incentive and termination based on the performance review of his SRs.

    *Dissemination of information regarding promos, price adjustment and others.

    *Coordinate with operations for smooth and efficient delivery of approved P.Os and other immediate concerns.

    *Ensure the implementation of sales policy and applied disciplinary actions to violators.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
