Job Description

Responsible for Budgeting, Costing, Revenue Target Setting, and Business Unit Profitability of the division by proactively monitoring the maintenance of high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the division’s planning efforts.

Handles day to day operational management and decision making for the division which includes, but not limited to hands on management of big-ticket biddings, sales presentations, and closing of volume sales transactions.

Works to ensure that all FPD objectives are assigned in a timely fashion. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

Conceptualizes and finalizes work policies and procedures and ensures consistent implementation.

Builds peer support and strong inter-company relationships with other key management personnel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

3+ years’ experience working in Sales Management

Must have an entrepreneurial spirit

Must know diplomacy

Ability to multi-task effectively

Excellent problem-solving skills

Must be willing to travel offsite biddings and client meetings

Strong communication and organizational skills



Salary Range

P30,000 – P35,000



Work Location

Bangkal, Makati City



Work Schedule

Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 am to 5:00pm

• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
