    Send, receive, distribute and track documents. Check for accuracy and record data about the documents and their storage. Monitor deadlines, audit information, research and answer queries, create reports and contribute to project or department meetings.


    1. Compiles all lists of internal and external documents and records including laws, codes, manuals, standards, books and other similar documents.
    2. Receive and register Client provided document for detail design engineering or construction engineering project, including in-house generated document.
    3. Control issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers for detail engineering or construction engineering project.
    4. Maintain specifically assigned project database/s.
    5. Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
    6. Review completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals.
    7. Perform document quality check in accordance to Company engineering document control procedures.
    8. Perform file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.
    9. Monitor Project Submission Schedule and constantly reminds Engineering Staff of deadlines.
    10. Taking down minutes of the any Engineering Staff meetings and distribute to all concerns.
    11. Compiling and controlling of all documents of Awarded Projects prepared by Quantity Surveyors and Design Engineers for turn-over to Operations Group.
    12. Compiling and monitoring of accomplished tender documents (Bill of Materials, drawings, Data sheets, etc.) for submission to Sales Group.
    13. Prepare engineering project reports, as may be required.

    Job Qualification

    1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
    2. Required skill(s): MS Application, AutoCAD
    3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience obtained from CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY is required for this position
    4. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
    5. Full-Time position(s) available.
