  • Duties and responsibilities:

    -Manage department staffing and workloads and ensure all documents are accurate and timely
    -Works with other departments and teams to ensure that delays are kept to a minimum.
    -Review all the compliance needed by the documentation.
    -Provides support, coaching and training to team members.
    -Completes performance appraisal and disciplinary actions as necessary.
    -Monitoring and reporting of all take outs and converted titles.
    -Communicate with pag ibig compliance and other updates.
    -Fully monitoring of constructions of units for take out to align the documents.
    -Sign and execute legal documents pertaining the buyers housing loan application.
    -Assign appropriate strategies to personnel, and oversee deliverables
    -Ensure compliance with documentation needs through client and research collaboration, assign - -
    resources and update management on projects
    -Monitor the submission & release of HDMF / Bank Take out
    - Manage documentation regarding technical, resourcing and policy enforcement tasks.

    Qualification requirements:

    - Education : Bachelor's/College Degree any field.
    -Experience :At least 5 years of working experience as Officer, Supervisor or Manager in Property/Real Estate specializing in Documentation Process, Customer Service & Financing process ( PAG IBIG, BANK FINANCING & IN HOUSE FINANCING). Familiarity of documentation process and Procedures. With excellent experienced on excel office program and other office application.
    -Skills: Knowledgeable in computer operations & office operations program, with excellent verbal and written communications skills, With initiative, organize and can handle pressure.
    Others: Keen in to details, excellent in working on teams and can handle multiple task. Willingness to extend overtime.
