* Monitoring the available slot every DFA Branch

* Sending confirmation details to the clients

* Sorting out any issues that may arise with Passport and Documentation

* Remind the clients before schedule of passport appointment/flight

* Handles clients complaints

* Willing to assign around Makati Area.

• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Customer service
