Your day-to-day in a nutshell

• Answering incoming calls from customers

• Resolving customer inquiries/requests

• Developing and maintaining accurate files

• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing

• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications:

WOSA | At least 6 months Exp in Med/Health OR College Graduate of Med Related Course

Salary Range PHP16000 - PHp17000 per month
