Job Description
A Call Center Agent is in charge of answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. They handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.

Qualifications
- At least 6 months and above CCE
- Work Onsite Only
- Can accept pending AM if 6 months CCE
- Good to excellent communication and analytical skills

Salary Package - 23,000 a month
