Offer description

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate delivery of mails or documentation requirements with clients and sister companies.

Handle bank transactions.

Pay company bills.

Deposit checks/payments to the bank.

Buy materials/supplies as advised.

II. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

III. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education : At least High School graduate; Vocational Diploma

Experience : Preferably with at least 1 year experience

Other Skills : Can drive manual/automatic vehicles

Advanced computer skills

High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
