  • Job Description:

     Provide the highest level of guest service and ensuring that the standards are maintained.

     Ensures that all Departments follow Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.

     Manage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaint.

     Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and implements actions to improve results.

     Supervision of duties, the performance of all hotel staff.

     Monitors the correct use of hotel equipment, supplies, resources.

     Supports the managers and assist in the day to day running of the resort.

     Provides guidance and direction to staff to achieve goals.

     Maximizes the daily revenue and profitability.

     Monitors employee behavior and performance.
