    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Create customer quotes relating to the Enterprise Agreement

    • Process and manage customer orders relating to the Enterprise Agreement

    • Work as a team with the Enterprise Agreement Lifecycle Coordinator to provide a superior service to the customer

    • Meet outbound response metrics as set and measured on a monthly basis

    • Resolve quote and order issues through proactive contact with both internal and external contacts as required

    • Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the team’s activities

    • Respond to inbound telephone calls, emails and IMs promptly and efficiently

    • Positively manage internal and external relationships with a high level of professionalism

    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Enterprise Agreement Lifecycle processes and template documents

    • Perform other duties as requested to support the Enterprise Agreement Lifecycle team

    Customer Influence & Impact

    • Provide a sales support experience that drives customer loyalty (repeat business, more business, willingness to recommend the company as a preferred supplier)

    • In conjunction with the relevant Account Executive/Account Manager, investigate and resolve customer or partner problems to devise solutions to solve challenges

    Partner Alignment

    • Proactively ensure knowledge of partner products and programs is current and up-to-date

    • Build and maintain partner relationships to establish trust and grow success

    • Achieve and maintain sales vendor certifications

    • Comprehend and leverage vendor tools and systems

    Operational Excellence

    • Ensure customer and sales data is current and accurate

    • Adhere to sales/presales and services solution engagement processes

    • Attend and contribute to team meetings as required

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • At least 2 years in Sales Administration with Customer Support experience, preferably in a BPO set up

    • Strong administration skills (has worked on huge and high volume quotations), with high attention to detail

    • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and other Microsoft Software Product

    • Detailed with excellent organisational skills and customer support attitude/customer focused

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships

    • Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers and vendors at all organisational levels

    • Highly confident in speaking up, honest and assertive

    • Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve a win/win situation

    • Efficient collaboration skills with internal and external customers and cross functional teams

    • A sense of urgency

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

    • Ability to measure self against standardization of excellence

    • Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships

    • Ability to contribute to the overall strategic priorities of the organisation

    • Integrity in dealing with personnel, customer and supplier issues

    • Ideally with IT product knowledge, specifically Microsoft Licensing

    • Experience/knowledge of the channels: customer, vendor, suppliers, reseller, distributor etc would be nice to have
