-Respond to incoming customer calls
-Address consumer complaints in a satisfactory way.
-Over the phone, give users and customers clear, detailed guidance on how to fix technical and account-related problems.
-At all times, abide by corporate and account regulations

Qualifications:
-At least Senior High School graduate
-With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
-Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required
-Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support preferred but not required
-Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
-Amenable to Report Onsite
