A call center representative or agent responds to client concerns and assists them with questions about goods or services. To address consumer questions or problems, they are in charge of offering support from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
•Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers
•Handling and resolving client problems
•Customers should receive product and service information.
•Research required information using available resources

Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate/ SHS Graduate
Good communication skills
Work on site
Accounting and Finance Graduate and with at least 6 mos Accounts Receivable experience (non-negotiable)
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Junior High School
