Offer description

The purpose of the Virtual Administrator is to support the category team with a variety of administration duties ensuring the highest level of duty accuracy across all systems. This role is classified as "support staff" and reports directly to the Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide high levels of accuracy in all aspects of data entry updating databases and spreadsheets

2. Prepare analysis of work for category reviews and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management

3. Coordination and administration of promotional timelines, including catalogue proofs and pricing checks

4. Manage promotional processes including proof reading and analyzing category data including promotional results

5. Review and maintain product pricing and wholesale promotional programs and campaigns

6. Generate short-dated reports

7. Resolve discrepancies of information and obtain further information for incomplete documents

8. Maintain eBay store and promotional activity (Promoted listings, eBay Deals, eBay Markdown Sales)

Daily Duties:

1. Preparation of reports to monitor performance - Google Sheets/Excel

2. Monitor key competitors for market pricing to ensure we are competitive

3. Set up product campaigns for checking by Category Managers

4. Monitoring promotions to ensure accuracy

Experience, Competencies & Qualifications Required:

* Minimum 3 years of previous eBay stores and promotions

* Experience managing eBay stores and promotions

* Strong communication skills - fluent in English

* High attention detail

* Previous experience managing eBay store and promotions

* Strong computer literacy using MS Office Suite (Excel), Jira experience an advantage

* Work well autonomously in a team environment

* Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and responsive to change

* Has experience working with eCommerce, with large portfolio of products
