Job Description

Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy to improve sales performance.

Create compelling visual content for various social media channels such as Facebook.

Instagram, Tiktok. YouTube, and the likes.

Monitor trends and continuously benchmark various industries, thought leaders,

influencers, entrepreneurs, and the like, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create

effective content.

Uncover trends. sounds, and viral concepts, by searching hashtags, brands. and other

influencers from several social media channels

Coordinates and works closely with the marketing communication. web. and design

teams, video team, or cross-department to ideate and define content goals

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the branding of brands handled

Work with cross-functional team members like Retail. Marketing. and Operations.

Directly handles online merchandising team to create and implement online promotion

plans and effective merchandising strategies.

Directly handles online operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Research the market to discover new trends to improve performance. Analyze business

and marketing data to develop or refine strategies.

Prepare management reports.



Requirements

At least 3 years experience in a similar role

Experience handling Lazada. Shopee, or similar platforms

Experience managing marketing teams

Experience developing or overseeing digital marketing strategies

Ability to think strategically



Range of Salary: 20,000 to 30,000
