Job Description:

• Implement Policies and procedures in Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Merchandise Performance in order to achieve Sales/Gross Margin, and Inventory Objectives of the E-commerce department.

• Coordinates w/ Marketing on the additional Promotional Activities for the disposal of slow-moving/non-moving merchandise, resulting on sales volume without compromising the brand/image of the Company.

• Inventory Management:

o Allocation Plan - Ensure that monthly allocation plan of all ecommerce channels is being met.

o Have an improved sell-through every season.

o Stocks-to-Sales Ratio (SSR) - Achieve the target SSR by the end of the Fiscal Year

• Merchandise Disposal - Have a healthy inventory and maintained newness in the store on a monthly basis

• Prompt Submission of Reports

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or related field.

• Having a background in Finance and Accounting is an advantage.

• Having background in market research, product development and/or statistical analysis is an advantage. Experience Required

• Three (3) to five (5) years in related experience in the retail industry.

• With working knowledge of the functional areas of a retail business.

• Working knowledge in Product Development, Production process especially in the garment industry, is an advantage.

• Computer Literate: proficient in one or more Office Productivity Software (e.g.; MS Office)

• Familiar with ecommerce marketplaces such as but not limited to Shopee, Zalora, Lazada.

• Familiar with Inventory, Warehousing and Production Systems.

• Possess strong Organizational and Analytical Skills.

• Has the ability to innovate.

• With excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

• With good Change Management Skills.

• With good Advocacy, Facilitation, and Presentation Skills.

• With good Interpersonal Relationship Skills

• Willing to be assigned in San Pedro Laguna
