-Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

-Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry

-Computer Literate



Duties and Responsibilities

1. Carry out manpower monitoring per shift.

2. Responsible for leading and handling (technical works) maintenance personnel in the field or project

3. Records and schedules technical and fabrication works.

4. Schedules manpower every Sunday for machine general overhauling. 5. Monitors maintenance personnel in their respective work assignments.

4. Leads in fixing, repairing, and trouble shooting technical problems which occurred during production operation.

6. Evaluates and observes punctuality, efficiency, know-how of maintenance personnel.

7. Maintains good housekeeping in area of responsibilities.

8. Performs assigned tasks from time to time.
