POSITION: Supervisor - Electroplating

Company: Enomoto Philippine Manufacturing, Inc.

Location: Lot 5-B General B. Aguinaldo & M. Inocencio PEZA Gateway Busines Park, Javalera, General Trias, Cavite

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 PHP

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (Saturday off twice a month) 8:00～17:00

Job Description:

1. Supervise Electroplating Process

2. Supervise plating personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and standards

3. Forecast Production schedule based on plan and customer requirements

4. Ensures machines, tools, chemicals, and production supplies needed are readily available.

5. Oversee maintenance activities and possible expansions of the section.

6. Well-versed in Kaizen activity, QCC tools, ISO & IATF certification

7. Perform root cause analysis and countermeasures regarding production problems and issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Can handle 50+ employees (technicians and operators)

2. Experience in ISO, IATF, Production supervision

3. Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company

4. Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite

5. Can start immediately
