  • Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employee and labor relations, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.

    Company Structure and Labor Relations

    · Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.

    · Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.

    · Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with Philippine Labor Code

    · Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.

    · Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.

    · Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.

    · Writes and delivers presentations to corporate officers or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices.

    · Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce tardiness, absenteeism and turnover.

    · Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

    · Labor relations (disciplinary actions, due process, investigations, DOLE coordination)

    · Policy Formulation and Implementation.

    · Review and approve supply requisitions of HRO Department

    · Maintains the work structure by description updating job requirements and job for all positions

    Develops and supervise personnel policies and procedures

    Trainings:

    · Conduct orientation of newly hired employees

    · Facilitate internal Trainings (Customer Service, Personality Development)

    · Perform other employee activities and engagement (Teambuilding, Quarterly Eat-out, Seasonal Activities, Christmas Party , Birthdays etc)

    Employee Relations

    · Employee Relations (employee activities, wellness, parties, rewards & recognition)

    Competencies Required:

    · Leads HR Activities such as Company Outing, Christmas Party and other company events

    · Conducts new employee orientation and employee relations counseling.

    · Oversee exit interviews

    · Maintains Department records and reports

    · Participate in HR Staffs meeting

    · Maintain company organizational charts

    · Recommend new policies, approaches and procedures

    · Attends labor issue if there is any

    · Any other task that may be assigned from time to time

    · Provides management direction and counseling. Supervises clerical assistant and temporary staffing as needed.

    · Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

    · Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

    · Strong customer service orientation

    · Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Attention to detail.

    · Numerical ability and data entry skills.

    · Ability to work under pressure.
