    • Degree in HR management or any related field

    • Experience in a similar position is an advantage

    • Outstanding interpersonal skills

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

    • Ability to effectively solve problems and decision-making

    • Admirable experience in Human Resource Management especially in handling employee relations

    • Familiar with BPO personnel rules and practices

    • Skillful with computer applications especially Microsoft office, Excel File, etc.

    • Willing to work in Makati, Philippines


    • Ensure proper documentation of files like memos, disciplinary actions, directives, approved guidelines among others.

    • Determines, gathers, and analyzes evidentiary information necessary to evaluate compliance issues and requirements including case build up.

    • Support in conducting exit interviews for departing employees to ensure that the valid reasons are captured, gathered and reported.

    • Study and follow up absenteeism and attrition report and come up with the recommendation on intervention strategies.

    • Conduct employee survey and focused group discussion as directed.

    • Resolving employees’ issues and handling complaints

    • Develop unified response to employee queries and communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources.

    • Updating employees with any changes in company policies, rules and regulations.

    • Assists with the identification and development of an employee relations database that will provide policy, performance, and compliance reports and metrics.

    • Participates in the formulation, revision and amendment of office polices, memos and guidelines.

    • Conduct admin hearing prepare reports and track disciplinary actions up to resolution in a timely manner.

    • Provides individual or group advice and support to HR Head with respect to interpretation and application of policies and procedures associated with employee relations issues and/or concerns.

    • Assists in on boarding orientation with regard to Employee Manual, Code of Conduct and dissemination of the released policies and memos to employees.

    • Present proposal and/or recommendation for approval of the HR Department Head.

    • Liaising between employees and management and government agency if needed.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
