Offer description

1. Plans the daily work activities by checking the specifications and job order signed by the Owners Representative (OR) and base on the inspection onsite/on board to know what are the approved job and the materials and equipment that are needed at work.

2. Plans the manpower allocation by analyzing the number of manpower needed for a certain work to ensure there is enough supply of workers.

3. Schedules the work properly by coordinating with the project team during Vessel Safety Coordinator Committee Meeting (VSCC) to avoid work conflicts; endorses the work permits for the approval of the Project Manager.

4. Prepares and approves various work forms such as Permit to work (PTW), Purchase Requisition (PR), Subcontractor Requisition (SCR), Work Acceptance Report (WAR), Inspection and Testing report and Issue Pass.

5. Ensures that the job was carried out by checking the condition of the work place and status of the work based on the job specification to meet target date of completion.

6. Attends daily meetings such as Vessel Safety Coordinator Committee (VSCC) Meeting, Section Meeting and Project Meeting in accordance with the safety plans and to avoid incompatible schedule of different trades.

7. Does inventory of equipment and materials by manual checking to monitor the actual status of all the equipment.

8. Conducts Take 5 Meetings daily to give work instructions and reminders to do the job safely in the absence of Leadman.

9. Supervises housekeeping chores at the working area before and after work by planning for the space allocation following the 5S procedures.

10. Implements strict compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and help ensure safe and secure work environment.

11. Performs other tasks which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
