Minimum Requirements:

* Graduate of any engineering course
* At least with 10 years experience in service
* Knowledgeable in Kitchen Equipment & Air-Condition
* With good customer service skills
* With interpersonal & negotiation skills
* Male, residing in Cebu


Duties and Responsibilities:

* Organizes plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department.
* Maintain close liaison with customers and suppliers.
* Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division in consultation with his immediate supervisor.
* Provides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
* Conducts constant dialogue with management as to the progress of service activities and recommends action acquiring management approval.
* Assists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecasts and other required reports.
* Reviews selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
* Coordinates with other divisions in connection with credit and collection problems.
* Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover existing potential customers.
* Works hand in hand with customer’s installation and maintenance engineers until every major equipment purchased is installed and in operation.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 10 years of experience
• Knowledge: Accountability for mistakes and errors, Problem Solving, Teamwork
