Engineering Supervisor

Offer description

Ensuring that all safety procedures are in place and followed by workers
Coordinating with engineers or other supervisors to set priorities for projects and ensuring that they are met
Reviewing project proposals to determine feasibility, scope, cost estimates, and time lines
Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback to help them improve their skills
Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to plans and specifications
Monitoring employees’ attendance, on-the-job performance and productivity
Recommending new technologies for use in projects based on cost, safety, efficiency, and other considerations
Reviewing blueprints and other design documents to ensure that they meet department standards for safety and quality
Training and supervising workers on construction sites, including architects, engineers, laborers, welders
Qualification
Male
Graduate of B.S in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
With at least 2 years work experience
Preferably with ISO 19001:2015, 14001:2015 background
Proficient in MS Office application
With knowledge in autocad

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
