Offer description

Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration activities to ensure compliance with set industry codes

• Modify and adjust complex process equipment and instruments

• Perform Preventive Maintenance on Machinery and Equipment

• Troubleshoot complex problems associated with electro-mechanical machinery by following precedent steps

• Install electric parts and hardware using equipment such as soldering irons

• Align and fit assemblies using hand and power tools

• Perform inspection on a daily basis to determine start-up problems

• Verify part dimensions with a view to conform to provided specifications

• Fabricate housings, jigs and fixtures by operating metalwork machine

• Repair and calibrate pneumatic assemblies to meet job specifications

• Diagnose issues with complex control systems and employ tactics to resolve them effectively

• Fabricate replacements for unavailable parts until they can be procured from the vendor

• Perform other related task given by Superior

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree/Vocational in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or any Tech-voc. courses.

2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Required Skill(s): Machine operations, Machine Troubleshooting.

4. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing Industry/Production Operations or equivalent.
