    Job Responsibilities:

    - Answer and resolve inquiries over the phone by clarifying the concerns of the customer; researching, locating, and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

    - Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions and/or forwarding requests.

    - Ensure that customer satisfaction is met

    Work In:

    Muntinlupa City

    Education:

    - At least high school graduate

    - Open to college graduates or undergraduates of ANY course

    Work Experience:

    - With atleast 6 months call center experiene

    Salary Offer:

    - 15 to 20k Package (inclusive of allowance/s) + HMO + Other perks and benefits
