  • This role is for our American client in a commercial construction industry. The team is currently in need of additional team member in providing administrative support to the estimating team in coordinating with contractors and subcontractors with bidding process and submittals in response to multi-disciplines RFP’s

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Effectively communicates with reprographics for plan distribution (includes upload to Bidmail)

    • Subcontractor solicitation including reaching out to BlueBook for lump sum bidding, auto replies and rerouting for bidding

    • Follow up solicitation via email and telephone

    • Subcontractor reports license report to check status and license types

    • Prepare bid documents

    • Review and identify performance and payment bonding requirements in the bid documents and forwards proper information to the bonding agent for proper cost and risk management

    • Review and identify Builders Risk, Owner Controlled Insurance Programs,

    • Professional/Environmental Liability requirements in the bid documents and forwards proper information to the insurance agent for proper cost and risk management Maintain estimating calendar

    • Solicit and obtain material pricing

    • Update and maintain subcontractor database (Bidmail)

    • Regular updates to prequal information

    Job Qualifications:

    • BPO experience / CSR is a plus

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact productively with the team

    • Keen attention to detail

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Work efficiently – allocate one’s own time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities

    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

    • Understanding of construction terminology, trades, and project types

    • Basic understanding of plans and specifications

    • Basic understanding of trade CSI codes

    • Basics understanding of Owner Contracts

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Teams, BlueBeam, Box, Bidmail, and PowerPoint

    Work Schedule: 11pm - 8am (Monday to Friday)
