  • We are looking for an Accountant to join our accounting department. You’ll be responsible for preparing, reviewing and analyzing financial reports for our company. Ultimately, you will play a vital role in our company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with the law and accuracy in accounting. The ideal candidate will provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

    Requirements as An Accountant/Executive Assistant:

    -You must be a graduate of BS Degree in Accounting or Finance

    -Experience with Australian accounting is required

    -CPA certification is a Plus

    -2-3 years Proven experience as an accountant

    -Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures

    -Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

    -Experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks and Xero

    -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with advanced MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, -VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)

    -Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail

    -Skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

    -Someone who can work unsupervised and have an ambition to become a team leader.

    -Work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

    -Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

    -Excellent communicator

    -Highly organized, attention detail and being efficient. Be an ORGANIZER and a DOER

    -Experience with office management systems, CRM Online office related software

    -Familiarity with online calendars and cloud system

    -Quality control – proof reading documents and similar tasks

    -Attention to detail and open to feedback, share his/her ideas

    -Excellent English written and communication skills.

    -Strong time management and organization skills

    -Someone who is very versatile and can run with projects

    Your Responsibilities As an Accountant/Executive Assistant would be:

    -Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical)

    -Analyze transactions and prepare reports

    -Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments

    -Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins

    -Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable

    -Participate in budgeting processes

    -Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns

    -Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly

    -Keep company financial information confidential

    -Establish accounting policies and procedures

    -Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations

    -Highly organized, attention detail and being efficient. Be an ORGANIZER and a DOER

    -Experience with office management systems, CRM Online office related software

    -Familiarity with online calendars and cloud system

    -Coordinate daily calendars of the Client

    -Plan appointments and events like Webinars.

    -Schedule meetings and attend meetings on behalf of the Client

    -Create regular reports, transcribe meetings, and update internal databases

    -Manage emails, respond to queries and other communications.
