    Roles and Responsibilities

    - Develop process or adhere with the current system

    - Arrange necessary documents to get new agents started

    - Organize corporate records, documents, and reports

    - Provide minutes of the meeting

    - Use MS office tools or similar. (word, spreadsheets, and presentation.)

    - Analyze incoming memos, submissions, and disseminating them as needed

    - Coordinate agent onboarding and support the executive team

    - Perform executive support that includes managing a records database

    - Support the ongoing operations of the client’s business

    Required Experience

    - 3 years of experience working in administrative role/s

    - Experience working on Australian/New Zealand accounts

    - Experience in the recruitment process

    - Confirmed experience working with deadlines to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time

    A Successful Candidate Must Have

    - Knowledge about CRMs, MS office, and other organizing tools

    - Proficiency in English both written and verbal skills

    - Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task

    Experience Advantage

    - HubSpot

    - CRM for Real Estate (Agentbox and others)

    Logistic Information

    - Based in PhilExcel, Clark

    - Full-time, permanent position. Day shift

    - On-site Wednesday to Sunday, 5 am - 2 pm, typically 8-hour days, with reasonable overtime expected when required.
