  • Executive Assistant - Working Remotely

    Full Time Opportunity: Monday-Friday role

    Seeking a positive, highly organised and self-motivated Executive Assistant, who thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

    Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    * Provide assistance to the Executives with a key focus on optimising their time and performance.

    * Deliver accurate, timely, confidential and proactive administration support

    * Management, reconciliation, and processing of expenses, invoices, and ordering and maintaining supplies.

    * Complex diary, email and correspondence management

    * Board meeting minute taking

    Skills & Expertise

    * Proven experience in key administrative roles

    * Exceptional communication, with strong emotional intelligence and ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels

    * Advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

    * Strong attention to detail

    * Proactive and efficient

    * A desire to grow and develop your skill set 

    * Ability to anticipate issues, challenges, and opportunities on a day-to-day basis and manage them accordingly

    * Finance and Bookkeeping experience - Xero

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 5 years of experience
