  • Responsibilities:

    Managing the day-to-day processes of the executive office

    Handle calendar of the chairman/COO

    Organizing travel and accommodation of the Chairman/ COO

    Taking minutes of meeting

    Coordinate with clients and visitors

    Organize/ Schedule business meetings and appointments


    Candidates should have at least 3- 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant to top level executive

    Proficient computer skills in all Microsoft applications

    Knowledgeable with standard office administrative practices and procedures

    With excellent organizational and management skills, Memorization on contact persons/details

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Linguistics/Languages, Others, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.

    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.

    2 Full-Time position(s) available.

    Preferred applicants coming from Top Universities ( UP, Ateneo, Lasalle)
