  • We are looking for an Executive Assistant who seeks excellence in providing support to our client and aims to be 1% better every day. You will be responsible for event organisation and meeting arrangements, answering phone inquiries and performs outgoing calls, preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems and other administration support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients

    • Administers the Australian Research Network Panel database, processes, and procedures.

    • Promotes Client's Research Network via its social media channels, generating and scheduling content,

    both written and visual

    • Book in participants for testing studies and testing that their online tools work correctly.

    • Managing client expectations and ensuring the client is pleased with the project outcome.

    • Management of the Client’s calendar to ensure that business, personal and life admin tasks are planned

    efficiently, and time is spent on the right things.

    • Management of the Client’s written correspondence, including triaging incoming mail, drafting responses,

    and transcribing voice files.

    • Takes Minutes of the Meetings when virtual or otherwise, and from here setting task and follow up.

    • Assists with completion of event bookings.

    • Creates and update company and client reporting, slide packs, social media designs, document formatting

    and the like.

    • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.

    • Develops and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

    • Performs other admin tasks as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant

    • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

    • Proficiency in MS Office and other CRMs

    • With great attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

    • Exemplary planning and time management skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
