  • • Assist in Executive related task

    • Calendar and Schedule Management

    • Official Business Trip Arrangement

    • Assistance during Executive Visit and other logistics

    • Meeting Arrangement with Costumer

    • Preparing reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.

    • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages

    • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.

    • Helping prepare for meetings and accurately recording minutes from meetings.

    • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.

    • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.

    • Virtual support/assistance especially during business travel outside the country of the executives.

    • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming letters, emails, and other correspondence.

    • Provide general administrative support.

    • Provides timely, accurate and useful information that enables the top management to make informed decisions concerning current and future business activities.

    • SAP management, review and approval on behalf the executive

    • Concur System Management

    • Assist in Contract review and documentation

    • Sales, Contracts and other online tools

    • Review and approval on behalf of the boss in the system: SAP, Concur, Cygnus, Salesforce, sCRM, CDB system, E-Leave Tool

    • Organize corporate events

    • And others as may be assigned by the line manager/immediate supervisor

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
