  • Job Qualification

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
    Required skill(s): MS Office.
    At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
    Must be good at both oral and written communication.
    Must be able to keep confidential matters with high importance.

    Must have a flexible and pleasant personality to deal with all departments

    JOB SUMMARY

    Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

    DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

    1. Manage and maintain executives’ schedules
    2. Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate parties or take messages
    3. Represents the president by welcoming visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
    4. Read and analyze incoming memos, correspondence to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
    5. File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
    6. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
    7. Arranges corporate events, travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking and schedule transportation for president; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
    8. Help and serve as liaison between key executives and the president; provide clerical support to other departments; prepare agendas and make arrangements such as coordinating catering for luncheons or snacks for a meeting.
    9. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
