  • The Executive Assistant is responsible for event organisation and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems and other administration support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients

    • Management of the Client’s calendar to ensure that business, personal and life admin tasksare planned efficiently, and time is spent on the right things.

    • Management of the Client’s written correspondence, including triaging incoming mail,drafting responses and transcribing voice files.

    • Takes Minutes of the Meetings when virtual or otherwise, and from here setting task andfollow up

    • Assist with completion of travel and event bookings.

    • Create and update company and client reporting, slide packs, social media designs,document formatting and the like.

    • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

    • Perform other admin tasks as assigned

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • With at least 5 years direct working experience with CEO/COO/Managing Directors

    • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

    • Proficiency in MS Office and other CRMs

    • With great attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

    • Exemplary planning and time management skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
