Required Qualifications:
• College Graduate or Undergraduate taking up a degree in Business Administration, Business Communication, any bachelor's degree that is relevant to the role, or equivalent.
• Skill(s): good leadership abilities, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, Strategic thinking.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate in teams
• Strong track record in operating in a complex and dynamic environment
• Sense of proactivity and anticipation; a high-quality standard and a sense of urgency • Excellent Customer service skills, including phone and interpersonal skills
• High comfort level working with culturally diverse team members and clients
Preferred Qualifications:
• Can work with Start Up organizations and looking forward to rapid growth experience • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Must have in-depth knowledge of company operations.
• Must have excellent written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills and can effectively and professionally work with all levels of employees.
• Must be accessible at various times outside of a typical workday and possibly weekends to make changes to travel and schedules.
• Writing and editing skills; technical and computer expertise (Microsoft Office); possess advanced computer skills along with the ability to train others on system usage; organizational and planning skills; communication skills; confidentiality; attention to detail and accuracy; judgment and independent decision-making ability; problem analysis and problem-solving skills; adaptability; initiative; information gathering and monitoring skills.
• Must also be self-disciplined, self-motivated, extremely flexible, detail oriented, accurate, thorough, and dependable.
