  • Roles and Responsibilities

    - Provides high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Company Directors

    - Facilitator and communication channel for the company directors and the wider organisation

    Required Experience

    - Project Management experience

    - Competent with Social Media Platforms – Facebook & Twitter

    - Familiar with Dropbox

    Minimum Qualification

    - Bachelor or Masters in Business Administration or similar (minimum 4-year tertiary education)

    - Formal AutoCAD training/qualification at tertiary level

    - Level 1 STMS (New Zealand Transport Agency) (this will be provided to the successful applicant)

    - Formal Microsoft Office or equivalent training/qualification

    - Project Management qualification or formal training (tertiary level)

    - Broad understanding of construction administration processes, including contracts, and construction documents

    - Level 2/3 Non-Practicing STMS (New Zealand Transport Agency)
