  • Roles and Responsibilities

    The Executive Assistant will act as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external contacts. Undertaking the tasks of administrative support for company founders and staff, and managing verbal and written communications.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Manage the Executive’s schedule, arrange appointments, travel, conference calls, etc.

    - Manage and respond Executive’s email communication

    - Respond and follow up with Clients

    - Communicate with internal staff

    - Coordinate meetings with team members and other contacts, ranging from investors, new hires,

    candidates, and more

    - Potential to assist in other areas like billing, invoicing, electronic filing and systems processing

    - Perform other duties as assigned or required

    Required Experience

    - More than 5 years experience in U.S. and/or with U.S. clients

    A Successful Candidate must have

    - Strong written and verbal communications skills (English fluency required)

    - Well organized

    - Detail oriented

    - Excellent computer skills

    - Professional demeanor
