  • MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is now looking for an Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper for one of our Australian clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative and organization support to busy CEO.

    • Managing extremely active annual calendar of meetings, travel, itineraries, and work plans, including prioritizing conflicting needs and handling matters expeditiously.

    • Provide High level Bookkeeping and Administrative support (Experience with Xero essential)

    • The role requires the ability to pay attention to detail, maintain a flexible and resourceful approach to effectively multi-task and manage workload.

    • Anticipates needs regarding preparation of agendas and documentation for regular Management meetings, drafting, creating, editing, proof reading and collating.

    • Proactively, following-through on project deliverables and agreed actions often with deadline pressures.

    • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality of all information and relationships with all stakeholders and matters.

    • Managing direct reports – Including busy sales professionals

    • Regular producing documentation and preparing reports and presentations.

    • Regular check ins with CEO to discuss and get up to speed on key priorities. (Pro Active Approach)

    To be successful, you should be:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial, Business studies or any related course is highly regarded

    • Demonstrated success in a previous EA/Senior Administration role

    • Experience working in Australian Financial Services will be highly regarded

    • Experience working with fast paced leaders an advantage

    • Bookkeeping Experience in Xero

    • Professional, approachable, customer centricity in nature

    • Possess strong organization and prioritization skills

    • Demonstrates a solution focused mindset

    • Possess strong English communication skills both written and oral

    • Advanced MS Office & Office 365 skills (Outlook Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Proactive, strong sense of urgency, responds quickly and possesses excellent follow-through skills
