  • Supervise the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure
    maximum departmental profit is achieved.
    Maintain updated and accurate costing for all Food and Beverage ingredients.
    Prepare new dishes, products and seasonal recipes on a regular basis.
    Possess comprehensive Food and Beverage product knowledge including ingredients, equipment,
    suppliers, markets and current trends and make appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations
    accordingly.
    Set food production and stewarding goals and develops Food and Beverage strategies, procedures and
    policies.
    Complete other tasks and jobs assigned by superiors.
    Good communication and writing skills in Chinese; good communication skills in English.
    Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
    Good leadership qualities.
    10-year experience as a chef, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity, or an equivalent
    Degree or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field is an advantage.
