1.Take and transcribe minutes of the morning briefing and send through email in a timely manner.

2.Prepare monthly summary reports. Ensuring that all Departments will submit on time.

3.Compose memos as deem required by the Executive Office Manager.

4.Accept incoming calls intended for the Executive Office – Assistant General Manager and General Manager and relay message in a timely manner.

Other Task
1.Consolidating of Month End reports for all departments.

2.Keeps file documents and statistic reports.

3.Help prepare and monitor budgets directed by EOM.

4.Coordinate meetings for Department Heads.

To ensure confidentiality of information.

Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 1 year of experience
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Windows, Microsoft Project, Self-confidence, Writing
