  • EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Job Description:

    Performs high level of administrative and clerical support for the Executive
    Participates in preparing and consolidating reports/ documents and proper dissemination to all concerned personnel in timely manner.
    Transcribes dictation, encode and print variety of confidential letter, memos, and reports efficiently and accurately.

    Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration Management.
    Preferably 1-4 years’ experience or equivalent.
    Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
    Highly proficient in both written and oral communication
    Willing to travel from time to time.
