  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    Completed at least 2 years in college

    · 1+ yrs call center experience, preferably with healthcare account background

    · Proficiency in using written and verbal positive language

    · Intermediate knowledge of computer applications and navigation skills

    · Adaptability and quick learning skills as well as multitasking

    · Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team

    · Should possess the ff traits: Customer focus, senior sensitivity, empathy, interpersonal skills, problem solving, perseverance, learning and applying quickly, pro- activeness

    · Basic knowledge with MS Office

    · Willing to work on weekends and holidays

    Salary:

    Upon hire - P17,000 Base Pay. Upon passing 14 weeks of training. P17,000 Base Pay +2k account premium allowance

    Upon regularization; P17,000 Base Pay +4k account premium allowance +1k Flex Fund = P22,000 package
